A few agreements for the event between you and us

General event conditions

§ 1 Scope of application

  1. The following General Event Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the participants in the event “Bier Bachelor″ and the organizer (hörsaal event UG (haftungsbeschränkt)).
  2. By purchasing a ticket/participant booklet, the participant accepts the general event conditions in full and without exception.
  3. With the purchase of an individual beer bachelor (package), the customer also accepts the general event conditions in full and without exception.

 

§ 2 Admission to the event “Bier Bachelor”

  1. Anyone over the age of 18 may participate in the event.
  2. The purchase of the participant booklet/ticket (print@home) entitles the participant to access the event at the time indicated on the participant booklet.
  3. The wristbands and bachelor certificates handed out at the start entitle the holder to consume the drink specials offered in the participating locations on the evening of the event. These are usually posted in the catering establishments.
  4. A start ends after 20:00 or 21:00. After 20.15 or 21.10 the access authorization expires. The last start time can be found under the tab “Cities”.
  5. The Corona regulations in force in the respective city at the time of the event taking place apply.
  6. The organizer reserves the right to tighten the measures for the protection of the participants.
  7. When purchasing online, all participant data may have to be deposited. Participants will be notified if this is the case. The participant data will be deleted from the database 2 weeks after the event. Participant data may be passed on to the health department and/or public order office for follow-up.
  8. If participant data are entered incorrectly, this may have legal consequences or lead to exclusion from the event.
  9. Access for the individual beer Bachelor is regulated under §3.

 

§ 3 Access to the “individual bier bachelor” (among others for bachelor parties & corporate parties).

  1. Anyone who has reached the age of 18 may participate in the evening of the individual beer bachelor.
  2. The purchase of the package includes the certificates, city maps and other gimmicks. The group starts the evening independently and individually in a bar or at an individual time.
  3. There are no drink specials at the participating locations that evening. The individual Beer Bachelor provides the framework to individually design and experience an evening together.
  4. The group should start at 9 pm at the latest. There is no guarantee that all bars will be open longer than 11 p.m. or that they will grant access to the participants of the individual Beer Bachelor that evening. This is usually communicated in advance.
  5. The Corona regulations in force in the respective city at the time of the event taking place apply.
  6. The organizer reserves the right to tighten the measures for the protection of participants. Since 2021, all participants of the event must be vaccinated or recovered.
  7. When purchasing online, all participant data may have to be deposited. The participant data will be deleted from the database 2 weeks after the appointment. Participant data may be passed on to the health department and/or public order office for follow-up.
  8. If participant data is provided incorrectly, this may have legal consequences.

 

§ 4 Rules

  1. In addition, the rules noted on the participant’s booklet apply for the entire duration of the event or individual appointment.

 

§ 5 Pfand

  1. In some bars, a deposit is charged through a deposit system offered by hörsaal events. The amount is 2€ deposit per glass (hard plastic and branded with a logo). The amount will be refunded upon return in one of the locations marked accordingly in the city map, but only as long as the event is held (maximum 1 o’clock) or as long as the location participating in the deposit system are open. The deposit system is only valid during the period of the event.
  2. Deposits that are not returned within the period of §6.1 will not be subsequently refunded by the locations or hörsaal events.

 

§ 6 Repurchase and exchange

  1. The repurchase or exchange of already purchased participant booklets/tickets (print@home) is excluded.
  2. This also applies in the event that the participant(s) are not at the start location at the agreed time. The participant booklet/ticket loses its validity 15 minutes after the specified start time, unless the start is delayed on site. This applies insofar as hörsaal events is responsible for the delay. There is no compensation for self-inflicted delay!
  3. The repurchase or exchange of an already purchased ticket or package is excluded. A new date can be arranged, depends on the availability of the final location (if booked).

 

§ 7 Access to the locations

  1. Admission to the participating locations is free. Should this change at short notice, this will be communicated via the communication channels (including Facebook, e-mail).
    Unless otherwise noted, there is no minimum consumption in any location.
  2. The participating locations may refuse to serve alcohol etc. in individual cases due to excessive alcohol consumption.
  3. The respective caterer exercises the domiciliary rights.
  4. If there are several end locations, free admission will be granted to the end location booked in advance (marked by ribbon (color)): In the other end locations, admission may have to be paid separately.
  5. If there are fewer locations available than you need for your planned conclusion, two drinks can be had in one location, for example. This will be communicated in advance via the communication channels (e.g. Facebook, e-mail).
  6. If there are problems with individual locations, participants must contact the organizer directly by 9 p.m. (e.g. Facebook, cell phone (there is a cell phone number on the back of the city maps)).
  7. The Corona regulations of the respective city applicable at the time of the event taking place apply. This also means that all participants must adhere to the distances and specifications in the locations. Each participant may have to log in and out of the location via QR code.
  8. It also applies §2.4 – restaurateurs have domiciliary rights or can refuse entry if documents are missing.

 

§ 8 Press and photos

  1. Participants agree to have photos taken of them.
  2. The organizer is allowed to publish the photos taken during the event “Beer Bachelor″ in local newspapers and on the internet sites of the organizer.
  3. The organizer is permitted to use individual images for advertising and marketing purposes.
  4. For the purpose of deleting individual photos from the organizer’s website, the organizer is to be contacted directly.

 

§ 9 Disclaimer

  1. The organizer excludes liability for goods and services provided by third parties (such as the locations).
  2. In the event of any liability claims, the participant must contact the third party directly.
  3. In the event that damage is caused by disregarding the rules or unauthorized action during the event “Beer Bachelor”, the organizer assumes no liability.

 

§ 10 Applicable law, place of jurisdiction, place of performance

  1. German law shall apply exclusively to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
  2. Place of performance is the respective venue. The place of jurisdiction is Osnabrück.

 

§ 11 Salvatory clause

  1. Should a provision be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In this case, the parties shall endeavor to replace the invalid provision with one that comes as close as possible to the economic and legal purpose of the invalid provision.
